About the Lindgren Family
Oasis Well Service is a family owned well company based in Nokesville, VA. Ken Lindgren started it in 1987, his son John runs it today, and grandson Brandon is learning the trade. Three generations, one phone number: 703-791-3981.
How It Started
Ken Lindgren founded Oasis Well Service in 1987 with his brother Steve. Before wells, Ken worked on oil rigs. That work taught him to stay calm, find the real cause of a problem, and fix it right the first time. He brought that same way of thinking to wells in Nokesville and the farm country around it.
Wells are not complicated once you understand them, but they are unforgiving when something is missed. Ken’s habit of tracing a problem back to its source is still how we work today. We do not guess and swap parts until something works. We test, we look, and we find the reason.
Growing Up in the Business
John Lindgren, Ken’s son, spent his summers as a kid riding along and working on jobs. He learned the trade from the ground up, one pump and one tank at a time. Today John runs the company and is the second generation to carry it forward.
John has grown what his father built without losing what made it work. Calls still get answered by people who care, and jobs still get done the way Ken would want them done. He learned the wells and water of this area working right alongside his father.
The Third Generation
Brandon Ciccone, Ken’s grandson, is our newest team member. He is the third generation in the family business, and he is eager to learn every part of it, from pulling apart a no-water call to setting a new pressure tank. With Ken, John and Brandon, three generations of the family have now worked on wells in this area. The knowledge gets passed down the same way it always has: on the job, side by side.
A Family Owned Well Company, Small on Purpose
We are a family owned well company, and we plan to stay that way. Staying small lets us move fast and keep our word. Here is what we believe:
- Be honest. We tell you what is wrong and what it takes to fix it. If it can wait, we say so.
- Be fast. No water is an emergency. Those calls go first, day or night.
- Stay small. We would rather do fewer jobs well than rush through many.
- Teach. We will show you how to look after your equipment, like checking the air in your pressure tank.
- No pressure. You get the facts and your options. The choice is yours.
From well pump repair to water testing, the same values apply to every job. A small repair gets the same care as a full pump replacement.
