A few details help us figure out the problem faster, sometimes before we even leave the shop:
- What happened: no water, low pressure, a pump that will not shut off, a strange smell or color.
- When it started, and whether it came on suddenly or slowly.
- Whether you had a power outage or a storm around that time.
- The age of your pump or tank, if you know it.

We keep two lines so a dry faucet never waits behind a scheduling question.

What Happens After You Call
We start with questions, because a few answers on the phone can save a trip. Sometimes the problem turns out to be a tripped breaker or a pressure switch that dropped out after an outage, and we can walk you through it safely. If we need to come out, we tell you roughly when, and the diagnosis is free, within reason. We like to talk it through on the phone first, so we arrive with the right parts.

Do you charge to come out and diagnose the problem?
Diagnosis is free, within reason. A few questions on the phone often narrow it down before we come out.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Prince William and Fauquier counties from our Nokesville shop, plus parts of Loudoun, Stafford, Culpeper and Fairfax counties. If you are not sure, just call and ask.
Can I call on a weekend or at night?

How soon can you come after I lose water?
No-water calls go to the front of the line. If you lose water at 6am, we are typically there by 9 or 10am.
What should I do while I wait for you?
If the pump is running with no water coming out, turn the well breaker off. Do not open the pressure switch or touch any wiring. Leave that to us.
Can you help me by phone?
