Towns and Counties We Serve

Looking for well service near me? We cover Prince William, Fauquier, Stafford, Culpeper and Loudoun counties. Every town below has its own page with local detail, and a free phone diagnosis starts the job. Call 703-791-3981.

How our service area works

We cover five counties, and every town below has its own page with local detail. The closer you are, the faster we can usually get to you. Ken Lindgren started the company here, and the family has been working on wells in this part of Virginia ever since. No-water calls always go first. Lose water at 6am nearby, and we are typically there by 9 or 10.

Counties we serve

Most of our work is in Prince William County, including towns just over the line in Fairfax County. We also cover Fauquier County and its farms, and head south to Stafford County and west to Culpeper County. Loudoun County is the farthest reach for us, mainly around Aldie and Purcellville. Each county page lists the towns we cover, and you will find the full list below. We also take calls from nearby Spotsylvania and Fredericksburg.

How a call works

Free diagnosis is our rule, within reason. We like to talk the problem through on the phone before we head out. We can often narrow it down, and sometimes solve it, like finding a tripped breaker after a power outage. If we do need to come, we bring the right parts. Call 703-791-3981, or 703-776-0996 if you have no water.

How We Plan the Day

No-water calls go to the front of the line, and we build the rest of the route around them. No-water calls get slotted in first, then repairs, then scheduled work like inspections and treatment installs. Wherever you are on this list, a call first lets us bring the right parts on the first visit.

A few things help us get to you faster: a clear path to the wellhead and the tank, a note about pets or a locked gate, and the age of your pump or tank if you know it. If you can, have someone at the house who can show us where the breaker for the well is.

Each County Has Its Own Water

The towns we serve do not all have the same water. Wells on red shale in parts of Prince William tend toward hardness, iron and sulfur. Harder rock farther west, in much of Fauquier and western Loudoun, is where acidic water and blue-green stains show up more. Each county page covers what we see there and which towns we cover, so start with your county above and go from there.

On Public Water?

Plenty of homes in Manassas, Manassas Park, Woodbridge and parts of Stafford are on city or county water, and the utility handles those. We only work on private wells. If you are not sure which you have, look for a well cap in the yard and a pressure tank in the basement or utility room. If you find both, you have a well, and we can help. Our guide to how your well works shows what each part looks like.

Questions we hear a lot

Where is your shop located?

Our shop is at 13514 Orlando Rd, Nokesville, VA 20181. We cover Prince William, Fauquier, Loudoun, Stafford and Culpeper counties from there.

What counties do you cover?

We serve Prince William, Fauquier, Stafford, Culpeper and Loudoun counties, plus nearby parts of Fairfax County, Spotsylvania and Fredericksburg.

How do I find well service near me fast?

Call 703-791-3981 and tell us where you are. If you have no water, call the emergency line at 703-776-0996. No-water calls take priority.

Do you come out to far areas like Purcellville or Culpeper?

Yes. We like to diagnose by phone before we head out, which often saves you time.

How soon can you get to me if I have no water?

Call as early as you can and we will fit you in.

Do you serve homes in Manassas or Woodbridge on public water?

Those areas are mostly on public water, which the local utility looks after. We help the many homes nearby that are on private wells.

Is the free diagnosis the same everywhere?

Yes. Free diagnosis is our standard across the whole service area, within reason. We start on the phone, which often narrows the cause before anybody schedules a visit.

Are you available 24/7 in every area?

Yes, we answer calls 24/7 across our whole service area, and no-water calls go to the front of the line wherever they come from.
